  4. That is AWESOME!!!! I had been praying for little Patricia and wondering what had happened to her!!!! Praise God! We are so happy for you!!!! This puts such a smile on my face...especially as a dear friend of mine just found out her little 11-week-old baby (in the womb) has died on gone to Heaven to be with Jesus. God chose to take one home to Heaven and chose to place another little one home with you Katie. Praise God!

we don't know one another but we sponsor one of your children! we follow your blog as well. i know you don't have time to directly answer this now, but we were wondering if this is the patricia that you mentioned a few weeks back who mother had not been feeding her and that you named after your mother? if you feel comfortable answering this, we'd love to know via a future blog post. i've wondered about her since you first wrote about her.

  36. She is so amazingly precious, Katie. I am new to your blog. Last night I sat at my computer for over 2 hours reading your old posts in tears. I was just so moved by the Holy Spirit I cried myself to sleep. Your family is so beautiful and I have been praying for you all. Although you might not want to hear this since I know it is HIM who works through you but you ARE such an inspiration. I love that you remind me of Paul (I think it is) who says that everything else he considered worthless garbage next to knowing Christ and living for HIM.
You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
